had to flee the family function as i was on the brink of a meltdown 🤪✌️
#a minor change of plans and suddenly real life feels like a Nam flashback#fucking embarrassing#i fr had to like grab my shit and leave Immediately#3 factors: a PTSD trigger on the way there#not the arrangement of people i was expecting originally#and then the main thing i was told we were eating at 1 then doing boardgames#i hate boardgames they stress me out an unreasonable amount#so when we finally sat down at 2:30 btw and i havent eaten#and broke out the games? i started to Freak Out#i had to sit thru the rules being read and shit before i could get a word in to say i needed to leave#or ask what we were doing even#so by the time i could escape i was using all my willpower not to start yelling and hitting myself
